Shrink sleeve labels for bottles and cans, printed in Vietnam.
Full-body and partial shrink sleeves that wrap your container 360°, plus tamper-evident neck bands — printed up to 8 colors on PVC or PETG at our factory partners in Vietnam, with quoting and sampling run from Texas.
Sample designWhat are shrink sleeve labels?
A shrink sleeve is a printed plastic film tube that slides over a container and shrinks tight to its shape under heat. Because the film covers the whole container — shoulders, curves and all — you get 360° of print area instead of a front and back panel. The same film used as a narrow band over the cap becomes a tamper-evident seal.
Sleeves are printed on the inside of the film, so the ink is protected from scuffs, moisture and condensation on the shelf and in the cooler.

PVC or PETG: which shrink film?

|---|---|---|
| Best for | Simpler shapes, cost-sensitive runs | Tight curves and high shrink ratios |
| Shrink | Good | Higher, for more contoured containers |
| Cost | Lower | Higher |
We recommend a film after a shrink test on your actual container.
Shrink sleeve vs BOPP label
A pressure-sensitive BOPP label is cheaper per unit and goes on with a standard labeler, but it only covers a flat or gently curved panel. A shrink sleeve costs more per unit and needs a sleeve applicator and heat tunnel, but it covers the full container, survives condensation and can double as a tamper seal. Many beverage and supplement brands use both across their range — we make both. See custom roll labels →
What drives the price of shrink sleeves
Common questions
What are shrink sleeve labels?
Printed plastic film tubes that slide over a container and shrink to its shape under heat, giving 360° of print area. Narrow versions over the cap act as tamper-evident bands.
How much do shrink sleeves cost?
Cost per sleeve depends on film (PVC or PETG), thickness, sleeve size, number of colors and volume per design. Send your container dimensions or a sample and we quote factory price, freight and duty in 5–7 business days.
What material is used for shrink sleeves?
The three common shrink films are PVC, PETG and OPS. We print on PVC and PETG, and recommend one after a shrink test on your container.
What is the difference between a shrink sleeve and a BOPP label?
A BOPP label is a pressure-sensitive label for flat or gently curved panels and is cheaper per unit. A shrink sleeve covers the whole container, resists condensation and can include a tamper band, but costs more and needs a sleeve applicator and heat tunnel.
Will the sleeve fit my container?
Before production we run a shrink test on your actual container so text, nutrition panels and barcodes land where they should.
Can you make tamper-evident shrink bands?
Yes. Neck bands can be printed or clear, with perforations so the consumer can tear them off.
What is your minimum order for shrink sleeves?
50,000 sleeves per design.
