Are you a label manufacturer or a broker?
Labels are printed, finished and wound at our factory partners Dong A and Nam Phuong in Vietnam. VIX is their U.S. office in Texas: we handle quoting, proofs, samples and freight.
What is the minimum order for custom roll labels?
50,000 labels per design. We are set up for brands buying at volume, not short digital runs.
How much do custom roll labels cost?
Price depends on label size, material, colors, finishes and volume per design. Send your artwork or a sample label and we quote factory price, freight and duty in 5–7 business days.
Can you match my Pantone colors?
Yes. We print to Pantone or CMYK and send a press proof for approval before the production run.
What wind direction and core size can you supply?
Any wind direction and core size. Tell us your labeler model or send a roll from your current supplier and we match it.
Do you make waterproof or freezer labels?
Yes. BOPP and PET face stocks are water- and oil-resistant, and freezer-grade adhesive keeps labels on through cold and condensation.
Can you print labels with my logo and foil?
Yes. Hot-stamp foil, embossing, gloss or matte lamination and spot varnish are all available.
